Return Policy

Outback Trading Co. can only accept product returns for orders placed on and are within 60 days of the order delivery date.  

Any returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • ☑ Must be in “new” condition
  • ☑ Can not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • ☑ Must include the original tags.

A returned product showing any type of wear will be subject to a deduction on the return credit at the sole discretion of Outback Trading Co.

All returns must be initiated within the Returns Portal located here. Any items returned to our warehouse without being processed in this portal will be refused.

If you choose to return an item for any reason, you will be required to pay shipping costs when sending the item back to our warehouse with the exception of defective items (see below).

Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return.

Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please note: the refund can take up to 5 additional business days to finalized depending on your card issuer.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to order a different item, simply return the item you have for a refund and place a new order.

Outback Trading Company provides a one year warranty on everything sold through If you believe you have received a defective product or had issues with receiving your order, please contact us. We assess each warranty request on a case by case basis. If your product is defective, a replacement item or refund will be arranged at no further cost to you.
